Monster Hunter Outlanders Tier List

Updated . This is a provisional page. It follows mechanics the official pages have published, and it will be revised when real hunt data can be cited.

Tier list at a glance

Filter the official roster by Adventurer, weapon, or class. The three power bands are part of the tool. They list a name only when the data file gives that name a tier and a source.

Showing 13 of 13 Adventurers

T0

First picks, only after a cited source supports the placement.

No Adventurer is placed in T0. A name is added here only when a row can cite a source.

T1

Strong picks with a cited source, behind T0.

No Adventurer is placed in T1. A name is added here only when a row can cite a source.

T2

Usable picks with a cited source and a clearer limit.

No Adventurer is placed in T2. A name is added here only when a row can cite a source.

Not placed

These Adventurers are on the official roster. They have no power tier on this update.

How we ranked them

Each row needs a source URL and a status: official, estimated, or unverified. Official means the publisher site, a store listing, or a press release states the fact. Estimated is reserved for a conclusion we draw from those facts and label as a conclusion. Unverified means a community page reports it and we have not reproduced it.

Name, weapon, and class on the roster come from the English official site, checked 30 October 2026. The one-sentence note on each row is a paraphrase of that profile, plus the matching weapon-overview article when one exists. Great Sword, Long Sword, Dual Blades, and Heavy Bowgun have overview articles. Requests for the same style of URL for Hammer, Lance, Bow, and Charge Blade returned 404 on that date.

Class and weapon text can describe a kit. They cannot fill a T0, T1, or T2 slot by themselves. Fan tier lists published in the first days after launch do not agree, so this page does not average them and does not pick one. Names that appear only on those lists, and not on the official roster, are omitted.

A later edit may set `tier` in the Adventurer data file. If the placement comes from a community test, set `status` to unverified and keep the test's URL on the row. Leave attack, defense, elemental values, and clear times out unless the cited page states them.

Community pages sometimes call the hunter you create the Fated Adventurer. That name is not on the English official pages checked on 30 October 2026, so this roster does not include it and does not give it a tier.

Officially revealed, not yet ranked

The thirteen Adventurers in the table are the full named roster from the official site, and every one of them is unranked. The entries below are also public, and they are not power-ranked either.

Best picks for solo vs co-op

The Google Play listing and the 29 October 2026 launch announcement say you can explore the field alone or form a 4-player hunting squad. Both are official descriptions of the mode, and neither names a best Adventurer.

Madelyn's official profile is the roster line that mentions other hunters: medicines, Spores, and a detonation that boosts her and nearby allies. Arkaya's profile mentions a large shield and does not say the shield covers the squad. The other profiles describe that Adventurer's own gauge, stance, or ammo.

This page has no solo ranking and no co-op ranking. A later “best pick” needs a cited hunt or an official note, and it should say which mode it is for.

Changelog

  1. First publish. Added the 13 Adventurers named on the English official site, with class, weapon, and a one-sentence paraphrase. Left every tier band empty. Recorded Charge Blade and the three Buddy types as revealed and unranked. Opened the codes page with mho1029 and mhogohunt marked unverified, an empty expired table, and a note that the Famitsu print serial is not reprinted here.

FAQ

Is this tier list based on real gameplay data?

No. This page does not use clear times, damage meters, or our own hunts. Monster Hunter Outlanders launched on 29 October 2026. The official site lists each Adventurer's name, class, and weapon, and it describes a few skills in prose. It does not publish a power ranking. Community tier lists posted around launch disagree with each other, so none of them are copied into T0, T1, or T2.

Why is every Adventurer unranked?

A T0, T1, or T2 slot is a power ranking. A name moves into one of those bands only when that row can cite a source. The filter still searches the official roster by name, weapon, and class.

What do Assault, Support, and Disruptor mean?

They are the class labels printed on the official site. That site does not give the classes a numeric definition. Here, class is a filter. It is separate from the tier bands.

Which weapons launched with the game?

The Google Play listing and the 29 October 2026 launch announcement name eight weapon types: Great Sword, Long Sword, Dual Blades, Hammer, Lance, Charge Blade, Heavy Bowgun, and Bow. The same announcement says more weapon types are planned and does not name them. Charge Blade is described as switching between Sword Mode and Axe Mode. The official Adventurer roster does not list a named Adventurer who uses it.

Can I hunt solo?

The Play listing and the launch announcement say you can explore alone or form a 4-player hunting squad. They do not name a best Adventurer for either mode. Madelyn's official profile is the roster line that mentions nearby allies: detonated Spores boost her and allies close to her. That is a kit description.

Will this page add attack or defense numbers?

Only when a public page states the number and the row can link to it. This page does not estimate stats.
