Monster Hunter Outlanders Gacha & Pity Guide

The 29 October 2026 TiMi launch release says special recruitment is underway, names two Midori events (Flowing Maple Melody, and A Melody Echoing Through the Maples, where you can try Midori), and says the first-month calendar can award enough recruitment items for more than 400 recruitment attempts in total. It also says “400+ draws.” It does not name the banner those attempts are spent on.

The English official site names a reward called a Standard Contract on its follower and pre-registration milestones. The Japanese version of that page labels the same kind of milestone reward 通常招集券. Garena’s pre-registration posts also name Standard Contract as a launch reward. Those pages do not publish a list of banner types such as standard, featured, or beginner.

A 25 August 2026 TiMi press release said closed-beta recruitment named Crimson Authority would feature Great Sword Adventurer Freya. She is not on the English launch roster checked 31 October 2026, and that release does not describe a current launch banner.

Standard Contract is an official reward name on the English site and in Garena’s pre-registration posts. Garena says milestone rewards include Standard Contract x20 and the SR Adventurer Raya, received when the game launches. The English site’s milestone board also lists Standard Contract, Zenny, Adventurer Raya, Primeberry, and Aqua Dew at follower and sign-up marks. None of those pages say how many contracts one recruitment attempt costs.

The Japanese payment-services notice on the official site names two in-game currencies, アカハネコイン and ルタコイン. It says Proxima Beta issues them, there is no holding cap, there is no expiry, and they can be used only inside Monster Hunter Outlanders. It does not say what a pull costs.

How to get style coins is not officially announced. That payment notice does not name them, and the English news and FAQ pages checked on 31 October 2026 do not explain them.

Pity counts and drop rates are not officially published on the pages checked for this guide. The official launch FAQ, the English site, Garena’s news posts, Capcom’s release, and the Google Play listing do not print a percentage, a hard-pity number, or a statement that pity carries between banners.

The Google Play listing for the Level Infinite app does mark the game as “In-Game Purchases (Includes Random Items).” That is a store content label, not a rate table.

Community pages print pity numbers from closed beta or from in-game screenshots. This page does not repeat those numbers, because they are not on an official page checked here.

Whether a recruited Adventurer stays on the account permanently is not officially announced. The official launch FAQ and the English roster page do not say that a recruit expires after a number of hunts, and they do not say that one is kept forever.

The same FAQ does say you create a character, with the same account you used for the Buddy Squad Investigation event, in order to claim that event’s rewards after 29 October. It does not say that character is a gacha result.

The official English site and the official launch FAQ do not use the name Fated Adventurer, and they do not say which Adventurer you should main. The site lists 13 named Adventurers. Each entry pairs one weapon with one class.

Garena’s announcement calls the cast Adventurers, each with their own abilities, and says each is accompanied by a Buddy. It does not say the hunter you create replaces them, or that a recruited Adventurer replaces the hunter you create.

Whether Insights can be obtained without duplicate pulls, whether a new account receives a set of free rolls for paid Adventurers, and whether an SSR selector exists are not officially announced on the pages checked here.
